If you are unsure whether a programme is suitable for your current level, you should contact us before purchasing.
4. Who May Enrol
Our products and services are intended for adults aged 18 or over unless a particular product expressly states otherwise.
Students under the age of 18 may only enrol or participate where the relevant product expressly permits this and with the permission and involvement of a parent or legal guardian, where required.
Where a parent or legal guardian purchases a product or gives permission for a person under 18 to participate, they are responsible for ensuring that the relevant terms and arrangements are understood and accepted.
You must provide accurate information when registering or purchasing.
Where a programme has specific entry requirements, prerequisites or recommended levels, these will be stated on the relevant product page.
We reserve the right to refuse an enrolment where a student does not meet a stated prerequisite or where we reasonably believe the programme is unsuitable for their needs.

Students are responsible for attending lessons, completing any required work, practising between lessons and making reasonable use of the educational resources provided.
We provide teaching, guidance, feedback and educational support, but individual progress will vary.
We do not guarantee a particular academic result, level of Qur’an recitation, memorisation result, examination result or other individual outcome.
Where a programme includes an assessment or progression requirement, students are responsible for meeting the stated requirements.
6. Orders and Formation of Contract
When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the relevant product or service.
Your order will be accepted when we confirm your enrolment, provide access, or otherwise confirm acceptance of your order.

We may accept payment by card, PayPal, payment plans or other payment methods made available at checkout.
You are responsible for providing accurate payment information and ensuring that payments are made when due.
8. Payment Plans and Instalments
Where a payment plan is offered, the payment schedule will be stated at checkout.
By choosing an instalment plan, you agree to make each scheduled payment according to the payment schedule provided at the time of purchase.
If an instalment fails, we may contact you to request payment.
We may suspend access to the relevant programme or service while an amount remains outstanding, subject to applicable law.
9. Memberships and Recurring Payments
Where a membership or subscription is offered, the relevant sales or checkout page will state the applicable price, billing frequency and cancellation arrangements.
Unless otherwise stated, memberships renew automatically until cancelled.
You may cancel future renewals using the cancellation method provided.
Cancelling a future renewal does not automatically entitle you to a refund for a period that has already been paid for, except where required by law.
We may change the price of a recurring membership in the future. Where required, we will provide appropriate notice before a new price applies to a future billing period.
10. Access to Programmes and Materials
Access to a programme, membership, recording or digital product is personal to the purchasing student.
You must not share:
• your login details;
• your account;
• course links;
• private access links;
• recordings;
• paid materials; or
• any other restricted access provided by 3i Academy
with another person.
Where a product has a stated access period, access will end when that period expires.
Where no permanent or lifetime access is expressly stated, you should not assume that access will continue indefinitely.
We may use reasonable technical measures to protect our materials and prevent unauthorised access.
11. Live Classes and Programmes
Live classes will take place at the dates and times stated for the relevant programme.
We aim to maintain the published schedule but may occasionally need to change a lesson time, teacher, platform, delivery arrangement or other aspect of a programme because of circumstances including illness, technical problems, operational requirements or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Where a significant change is required, we will provide reasonable notice where possible and any remedy required by applicable law.
Students are responsible for having a suitable device, internet connection and software required to participate.
12. Missed Lessons
If you miss a live lesson, you remain responsible for reviewing any materials or recording made available to you.
Unless otherwise stated, a missed live lesson does not automatically entitle you to a refund, replacement lesson or additional 1-to-1 session.
Where recordings are provided, they may be subject to a specific access period.
13. Recordings
Where stated, live lessons, workshops or group sessions may be recorded by 3i Academy.
Recordings may contain the voices, questions, recitations or participation of students.
Where recordings are provided to students, they are supplied solely for the personal educational use of enrolled students.
Recordings must not be copied, downloaded where downloading is not expressly permitted, reproduced, shared, uploaded, distributed, sold or otherwise made available to another person.
We do not guarantee that every live session will be recorded unless this is expressly stated as part of the relevant product.
14. Photography, Screenshots and Unauthorised Recording
To protect the privacy, dignity and safety of teachers and students, students must not photograph, screenshot, audio-record, video-record, screen-record or otherwise capture any lesson, session or participant without prior express written permission from 3i Academy and, where applicable, the consent of the person being recorded.
This includes:
• photographing the teacher or another student;
• taking screenshots of live lessons;
• recording a teacher's voice;
• recording another student's voice or recitation;
• recording a 1-to-1 session;
• screen-recording lessons or teaching materials;
• capturing private messages or community discussions;
• capturing another student's questions, comments or personal information;
• copying or capturing recordings supplied by 3i Academy.
Students must not upload, forward, publish, distribute or otherwise share any unauthorised recording, photograph, screenshot or captured material through WhatsApp, Telegram, social media, websites, cloud storage, messaging applications or any other platform.
This applies whether the material is shared publicly or privately.
Students must also not share another student's personal information, image, voice, recitation, questions or participation outside the learning environment.
Any recording made by 3i Academy remains subject to these Terms & Conditions and may only be used for the purposes for which access has been provided.
A serious or repeated breach of this section may result in suspension or termination of access, subject to applicable law.
15. Course Materials and Intellectual Property
All materials supplied by 3i Academy remain the intellectual property of 3i Academy or the relevant rights holder unless expressly stated otherwise.
This includes, without limitation:
• written teaching materials;
• lesson notes;
• PDFs;
• worksheets;
• presentations;
• diagrams;
• recordings;
• videos;
• audio;
• assessments;
• digital resources;
• course structures;
• educational frameworks;
• website content;
• and other original educational materials.
Purchasing a product gives you a limited, personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the materials for your own educational purposes.
You must not:
• reproduce or republish our materials;
• sell or commercially exploit them;
• distribute them to another person;
• upload them to another website or platform;
• use them to create or deliver a competing commercial educational product;
• remove ownership or copyright notices;
• substantially reproduce our teaching materials in your own course;
• or otherwise use our intellectual property without permission.
Purchasing access to a programme does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property to you.
16. Student Contributions and Confidentiality
Students may participate in discussions, submit questions, recitations, written work, audio recordings or other contributions as part of a programme.
You remain responsible for anything you submit.
You must not submit material that is unlawful, abusive, threatening, defamatory or intended to harass another person.
Students must respect the privacy and confidentiality of other students.
Information shared by another student within a private learning environment should not be disclosed outside that environment without appropriate permission.
17. 1-to-1 Sessions
Where a product includes 1-to-1 sessions, the number and approximate duration of sessions will be stated on the relevant product page.
1-to-1 sessions are subject to teacher availability.
Specific dates and times are only guaranteed once they have been agreed and confirmed.
We cannot guarantee that every student will be able to obtain their preferred day or time.
Students are responsible for attending confirmed appointments.
If you need to reschedule, reasonable notice should be provided.
Any rescheduled appointment remains subject to availability.
Where a student repeatedly misses appointments or cancels at very short notice, the relevant session may be treated as used where this has been stated in the applicable product terms.
18. Assessments and Qur’an Reading Checks
Where a product includes an assessment, Qur’an reading check or personalised feedback, the student must submit the required material in the requested format.
Assessment turnaround times will be stated where applicable.
Personalised feedback is provided for educational purposes.
An assessment or Qur’an reading check does not constitute an ijazah, sanad, formal qualification or certification unless expressly stated.
19. Certificates, Completion and Ijazah
Completion of a programme does not automatically entitle a student to a certificate, qualification, sanad or ijazah.
Where a certificate is offered, the applicable requirements will be stated by 3i Academy.
An ijazah may only be granted where the relevant requirements have been fulfilled and the authorised teacher is satisfied that the necessary conditions have been met.
20. Digital Products
Digital products may include:
• downloadable resources;
• PDFs;
• flashcards;
• audio;
• video;
• recorded lessons;
• pre-recorded courses;
• digital learning materials;

• or other electronically supplied educational content.
Digital products are supplied for the purchasing student's personal educational use.
They must not be copied, reproduced, resold, redistributed or shared.
You are responsible for ensuring that your device, internet connection and software are reasonably compatible with the product.
Where a digital product is supplied immediately after purchase, you may be asked to provide express consent for immediate supply and acknowledge that your statutory cancellation right may be lost once supply begins, where applicable.
21. Third-Party Platforms
Some 3i Academy services may be delivered using third-party platforms, including learning platforms, video-conferencing services, payment providers, email services or community platforms.
You may need to create an account with a third-party provider in order to access certain services.
Use of a third-party platform may also be subject to that provider's own terms and privacy policy.
We are not responsible for third-party platform outages or changes that are outside our reasonable control.
22. Technical Problems
We will take reasonable steps to provide access to purchased services and materials.
However, uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed where problems arise from:
• your internet connection;
• your device;
• your software;
• your internet service provider;
• third-party platforms;
• widespread technical failures;
• cyber incidents;
• or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Where a technical problem caused by 3i Academy materially prevents delivery of a paid service, we will take reasonable steps to remedy the problem or provide an appropriate alternative where required.
23. Educational Nature of Our Services
Our programmes and materials are educational in nature.
They are intended to support learning and study and should not be understood as a guarantee of any particular personal, academic or religious outcome.
Students remain responsible for their own learning, practice and application of material.
Where a matter falls outside the scope of a programme, students should seek appropriate qualified advice where necessary.
24. Student Conduct
We want 3i Academy to remain a respectful, safe and serious learning environment.
Students must behave respectfully towards teachers, staff and other students.
The following behaviour is not permitted:
• harassment;
• bullying;
• threatening behaviour;
• abusive behaviour;
• deliberate disruption;
• inappropriate contact with teachers or students;
• sharing another student's private information;
• unauthorised recording;
• unauthorised distribution of materials;
• impersonation;
• misuse of course or community platforms;
• or any other serious misconduct.
We may take reasonable action, including suspension or termination of access, where a student seriously or repeatedly breaches these requirements.
25. Unauthorised Commercial Use
Students must not use access to 3i Academy's programmes, classes, teaching, recordings, materials or communities to create, market or deliver a competing commercial educational service.
You must not present 3i Academy's teaching, materials or intellectual property as your own.
You must not use the name, branding, materials, recordings or teaching of 3i Academy for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
26. Changes to Programmes
We reserve the right to make reasonable changes to programme content, teaching materials, teachers, lesson arrangements, platforms or schedules where necessary to operate, maintain or improve a programme.
We will not make a significant change that fundamentally alters the service you purchased without providing an appropriate remedy where required by law.
Where a change is necessary, we will provide reasonable notice where practicable.
27. If 3i Academy Cancels or Reschedules
If we cancel a programme or service before it has been substantially provided, we will provide the remedy required by law and, where appropriate, may offer an alternative date, replacement service or refund.
If an individual lesson must be cancelled or rescheduled, we will aim to provide reasonable notice and arrange an appropriate alternative where possible.
28. Cancellation Rights
You may have a statutory right to cancel your purchase, depending on the type of product or service and the circumstances of your purchase.
Where a statutory cancellation period applies, you may exercise that right in accordance with applicable law.
For services, where you expressly request that the service begins during the cancellation period and subsequently cancel, you may be required to pay a proportionate amount for the service supplied before cancellation, where permitted by law.
For digital content supplied immediately, you may lose your statutory cancellation right once supply begins where you have provided the required express consent and acknowledgement.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes any statutory cancellation or consumer rights that apply to you.
29. Refunds
Except where you have a statutory right to a refund or cancellation, payments are non-refundable once the applicable cancellation period has expired.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory rights where:
• a service does not conform to the contract;
• digital content does not conform to the contract;
• a service is not provided as agreed;
• or another statutory remedy applies.
Where a refund is legally due, it will normally be made using the original payment method.
30. How to Cancel
If you have a statutory right to cancel, you may notify us by email or by another clear written statement.
You do not have to use a particular cancellation form.
Cancellation requests should be sent to:
[3i Academy info@3iacademy.com]
Where a statutory refund is due, we will process it within the period required by law.
31. Our Right to Suspend or Terminate Access
We may suspend or terminate access to a programme, membership, community or service where reasonably necessary, including where:
• payment remains outstanding;
• a student seriously or repeatedly breaches these Terms & Conditions;
• course materials or recordings are shared without permission;
• unauthorised recording takes place;
• a student engages in harassment, bullying or threatening behaviour;
• or continued participation creates a reasonable risk to teachers, staff or other students.
Where access is terminated because of a student's serious breach, this does not automatically create a right to a refund, subject always to applicable law.
32. Complaints
If you have a complaint about a product, service, lesson or your experience with 3i Academy, please contact us at:
[3i Academy info@3iacademy.com]
Please provide enough information for us to understand the issue, including the relevant product or service and, where possible, the outcome you are seeking.
We will consider complaints fairly and respond within a reasonable timeframe.
33. Privacy and Data Protection
We process personal information in accordance with applicable data protection law.
Please see our Privacy Policy for information about how we collect, use, store and protect personal information.
Students must also respect the personal information of other students and must not share another person's information without appropriate permission.
34. Liability
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Subject to the above, we will not be responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed or for matters outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory consumer rights.
35. Events Outside Our Reasonable Control
We will not be responsible for delay or failure to perform caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
This may include serious illness, natural disasters, governmental restrictions, widespread internet or platform outages, strikes, war, civil unrest, cyber incidents or other events that could not reasonably have been prevented.
Where such an event affects a programme, we will take reasonable steps to minimise disruption and provide an appropriate alternative where reasonably possible.
36. Accessibility and Additional Support
If you have an accessibility requirement or need a reasonable adjustment in order to participate in a programme or service, please contact us before purchase where possible.
We will consider reasonable requests in accordance with applicable law.
37. Severability
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be modified or removed only to the extent necessary.
The remaining provisions will continue to apply.
38. No Waiver
If we do not immediately enforce a provision of these Terms & Conditions, this does not mean that we have waived our right to enforce it later.
39. Entire Agreement
These Terms & Conditions, together with the relevant product information and any product-specific terms provided before purchase, form the agreement between you and 3i Academy concerning the relevant product or service.
40. Changes to These Terms & Conditions
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
The version that applies to your purchase will normally be the version in force when you entered into the relevant contract, unless a change is required by law or otherwise agreed with you.
41. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the law of England and Wales.
If you are a consumer living elsewhere in the UK or another jurisdiction, you may also have mandatory consumer protections under the laws that apply to you which cannot legally be excluded by contract.
